Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LUXEMBOURG TCG. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days — rate calculated at checkout by UPS
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — rate calculated at checkout by UPS

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LUXEMBOURG TCG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For shipments entirely within the European Union, standard VAT of your country is applied at checkout and no customs duties apply.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

LUXEMBOURG TCG is liable for any damage or loss of goods during transit until they are delivered to you or a third party designated by you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@luxembourgtcg.eu with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and items so we can process a replacement or full refund.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal Shipping Costs

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal to return an item because you changed your mind:
  • You (the customer) must pay for the direct cost of return shipping. You are responsible for organising the return transit and ensuring the items reach us safely.
  • We will refund your original purchase price plus the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option.
  • If you chose a premium express delivery option at checkout, the extra cost above our standard shipping rate is non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original condition. For items like Trading Card Game (TCG) products, breaking the factory seal or opening booster packs voids your right of withdrawal completely.
